Form, sensation, perception, formation, and consciousness —
together they construct what we call the self.

The body holds sensations,
sensations give rise to thoughts,
thoughts drive actions,
and consciousness flows through them all.

When all of this is seen,
the sense of self begins to loosen.

Something remains —
quietly observing it all.

色、受、想、行、識，構成了我們所認知的「我」。

身體承載感受，感受引發念頭，
念頭推動行為，而意識在其中流動。

當這一切被看見，
「我」開始鬆動。
